I am very fond of playing golf, and I generally like to be involved in all kinds of sports, whether this is as a spectator or actively participating. I like to spend a lot of time with my friends and my family. Relaxation is normally done by reading a good book or a fishing trip, although I have not been fishing a lot the last few years.

Businesswise I hope to visit companies with large organizations in different business areas to learn about how they exercise the project management disciplines. Particularly, I find the human aspects of how to create and maintain the optimal project team and effort very interesting.
The civil war is of great interest to me, and through this trip I hope to be able to explore the history behind it, by visiting sites which have played important roles in the war. Also, I would very much like to visit other historical and cultural places as well as the natural sites. Finally, building good and long lasting relationships and generally meeting new people would also be high on my list for this trip.
