Profile :

Started my professional career as a fighter pilot with the Royal Danish Air Force in 1962. After almost two years of pilot training with the Royal Canadian Air Force in Canada and five years of active service at home in Denmark, I – one day – found myself piloting a commercial airliner to “far-off” places like Seattle and Los Angeles.

Retired from Scandinavian Airlines in 1995 after fascinating 33 years – in and out of clouds – almost all over the World.

Spent eight years in local politics in my hometown. And today I enjoy a good game of golf and long distance biking on my mountain bike, when I’m not leading a group of  North American tourists on bicycles through my beautiful Denmark.

Wishes for the stay:

Being the Rotarian and the leader of the team, I see my job as the co-ordinator whose main task is to help and support the team to get the most out of the stay. On the vocational days I therefore wish to either follow one of the team members or spend some time with fellow Rotarians.
